An easy, targeted approach

A natural balanced diet – basefood helps change the way you eat. Your basefood consultant will work with you to make nutrition and lifestyle a bigger priority in your life, easing the transition into a healthy new way of life. The basefood consultant will provide you with expert advice on excess weight, diabetes II, rheumatic disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, gout, osteoporosis, lactose and gluten intolerance and other diet-related illnesses. Or if you just simply wish to optimise your diet.

In the first step: your basefood consultant will present you with a basefood diary for you to keep a record of everything you eat over a week. The subsequent analysis includes more than 30 nutritionally relevant parameters. These cover, for example, poor nutrition, nutrient deficiencies and inflammatory factors and reveal which foods boost or slow down your metabolism.

In the second step, your basefood consultant will discuss the results of this analysis with you in person. Using the results of this analysis as a basis, basefood will factor in your personal situation, health issues and any taste preferences in order to create individually tailored, nutritional recommendations and optimise your food choices. And also includes some tasty recipes.

In line with your goals, basefood will recommend a form of exercise and help keep you on track by means of a six-month coaching programme, by either e-mail or phone. This smooths the transition into your new basefood lifestyle and, most importantly, into one that is sustainable.
